Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products Understand culture at Jazz; meet team members of B2B and other domains Understanding of how you fit in B2B Enterprise Solutions Model Understanding of market dynamics and familiarize yourself with B2B SME Accounts segment B2B SME corporate account visits on daily basis to generate voice, data business and retention Understanding of daily, weekly, monthly plan reports and submission process Within 60 Days, You Will
Furthere penetrate tagged companies for revenue growth, complaint handling (after sales), retention & hunting of new accounts for revenue generation purpose Explore new B2B markets in the region to generate more business Relationship management in the tagged portfolios for revenue growth and selling new products Focus on big wins for strong footing in SME Corporate Accounts sector Complette physical visits to tagged accounts & resolution of issues in coordination with relevant teams Within 90 Days To Onwards You Will
Develop understanding of quarterly performance review Proactively suggest creative ideas for new flagship in the B2B business A Bit About You
We are looking for someone who is dynamic and motivated to up speed data, device and GSM business in the region. Candidate must have selling, negotiation, presentation skills to deliver his point of view to management & customers. Must have excellent market orientation and strong rapport in the B2B SME Sector in Karachi. At Enterprise Solutions, we sell various GSM & Fixed Solutions & ES Catalogue within and outside our assigned portfolio in B2B SME Entities, nurture, grow and retain them. The Structure Of The Team You Will Join Is
You will be the part of Enterprise Solutions Team that is sub part of Business Service Division. This position reports to the Manager Enterprise Solutions and you will be based in Karachi with team peers in your region. The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Meeting Monthly Sales Targets in terms of Revenue Addition of an X amount through different products in GSM, Fixed & Data segments, M2M, MFS & Enterprise Solution Catalogue. Meeting Retention & churn for your assigned portfolio With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work in continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders like B2B Executives, Pre Sales Team, Customer Engagement Team, Regional Coordinators, Credit & Control department, Channel planning team, Finance team, Regional Manager Enterprise Solutions and Head of Enterprise Solutions. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Collaborative efforts of these teams will result in smooth processes and problem solving which would immensely help in achieve the KPIs set by the company. The two (02) specific tasks that team were working on in the last 6 months with results:
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have:
- Meeting Assigned Revenue Targets
- Strengthening channel with tagged portfolio retention & revenue growth while building adjacencies
Must Have Technology
- Telecom industry sales experience in the corporate sector especially internet / data related products & GSM based solution
- Direct sales experience preferably in Internet / Data / ICT related services & GSM based solution
- Specialization in Portfolio Management & Collection.
Microsoft Office specially Excel Essential Must Have Skills
