MBA/MPA or any related degree in Management. Should have worked for 4-8 years in a related role
- Responsible for managing all administrative activities related to Plant and Housing
- Management of canteen at site, clinic and market at colony
- Manage maintenance and timely repair of all furniture and electric appliances at site and colony
- Efficiently managing all colony and plant site events
- Management of Horticulture & Sanitation
- Ensuring proper accommodation facilities to company guests
- Looking after all matters related to protocol and transport, to be extended to company's guests and employees
- Allotment of houses and ensuring an updated list on regular basis
- Manage condition of all houses and oversee its maintenance and timely repair
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Know how of Government Policies and Regulations.
- Strong Administration skills required.
- Well versed in Safety SOPs, understanding of Security and Safety Protocols.
- Well versed in Admin Matters / Techniques, Admin Rules & Regulations.
- Should have Budgeting knowledge.
- Strong communication skills required.
