    Telenor Micro-finance Bank Limited are seeking for Executive Manager Commercial – International Remittance for Islamabad head office.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • The role is supporting Telenor Bank’s mission to Provide instant access to relevant, convenient and affordable financial services to people of Pakistan. The candidate would be responsible for bringing uptake of International remittance business by designing and implementing the sales strategy across physical, digital and virtual channels. The candidate will be working closely with products, marketing and channels team to create an ecosystem that makes easypaisa the preferred choice for receiving IR in Pakistan.
    • Develop and execute IR wallet uptake strategy
    • Analyze sales data, conduct market level segmentation and competitive landscape to recommend measures that contribute towards IR-wallet uptake.
    • Work closely with the products team to design a user-centric process for that makes it easy for the receivers and channel to process inward IR
    • Design sales / marketing promotions and incentives for the customer and channel to drive uptake
    • Create a compelling value proposition for IR as the best option to receive remittances in Pakistan
    • Identify and develop relevant channels (Virtual, Physical, Digital) and approaches to increase awareness about EasyPaisa IR wallet
    • Create a compelling proposition for the channel (Franchisee / Retailer) to drive IR wallet uptake
    • Convert 50% IR-OTC transactions to IR-Wallet
    • Creating the right mix of commercial efforts by continuous study of customer behavior and improve user experience
    • Actively highlight product, channel and promotion related challenges to relevant stakeholders and ensure efficient resolution.
    Required Knowledge, Competencies, Skills and Experience:
    • 5-8 years of experience in sales & distribution, channel planning or marketing is preferred in branch less banking/MFS or Telecom
    • Hands on experience in launching new products on multiple channels
    • Good Analytical skills complimented with Interpersonal/communication skills
